The aim of the book is to instruct practitioners with the merits or otherwise of trusts and their uses with life assurance and pensions products. It covers investments but would primarily have an insurance based background. Insurance and pensions products have specific fiscal features. They are unlike other investments and therefore their treatment in terms of trusts can be quite specific and different to normal trust criteria.
